# Ako si stiahnuť hlavičku mailu?

Niekedy na vyriešenie problémov s e-mailami potrebujeme viac informácií, ktoré sa nachádzajú v hlavičke e-mailu. Preto potrebujeme, aby ste ste si stiahli daný e-mail do formátu .eml a poslali nám e-mailom ako príloha. 

### Postup

1. Prejdite na [webmail](/email/webmail.md)
2. Kliknite na daný e-mail
3. V menu kliknite na **Viac - Stiahnuť -Zdroj (.eml)** 
4. Súbor si uložte na váš počítač a pošlite nám ho [ako príloha v e-mailu](/faq/email/subor.md)
