# Zmena hesla Control Panel

V prípade, že ste zabudli alebo neviete heslo do Control panelu, môžete si ho vyžiadať nasledovne.

1. Prejdite na [Control Panel](/webhosting-stary/prihlasenie.md)
2. Kliknite na [ZABUDOL SOM MENO A HESLO](https://setup.dnsserver.eu/index.php?action=4) pod prihlasovacím okienkom
3. Do kolónky "Doména (napr: nieco.sk) [www](http://www)." zadajte názov Vašej domény **bez www**
4. Kliknite na "Poslať"
5. Na váš e-mail dostanete prihlasovacie údaje

Ak email pre obnovu prístupu do Control Panela neprišiel alebo trvá dlhšie ako 10-15 minút (a nič ste nenašli ani v nevyžiadanej pošte), prepošlite si žiadosť o obnovu znovu - maximálne však 5x za hodinu. Ak sa vám heslo predsa nepríde kontaktujte nás.
