# Ako posielať súbory e-mailu (.eml), ako príloha?

Ak nám prepošlete e-mail s chybovým hlásením, napr.:

*FW: Blokované odosielanie e-mailov / Email sending blocked*

väčšinou tieto e-maily dostaneme do spam priečinku a nemusíme si ich všimnúť. Preto odporúdame tieto e-maily si stiahnuť do textového dokumentu napr. (Word, Poznámkový blok) a poslať nám ako príloha e-mailu. Do predmetu a textu e-mailu nepíšte slová "blokovanie, spam, FW:" a podobne, pretože tieto e-maily náš systém môže vyhodnotiť ako spam a nemusíme si ich všimnúť.
